Payments and refunds
These terms apply when you pay Silytics for a service, such as advertising or a subscription, and form part of the Terms of use. They apply only to services that Silytics offers and you accept.
1. How payment works
- Silytics prices services in US dollars, as shown on your invoice.
- Where you choose to pay in SLTX and it is available, the amount in SLTX is calculated at the reference rate set by Silytics at the time you request payment details, and is locked for the period shown (normally 15 minutes).
- You pay by sending that amount of SLTX on BNB Smart Chain, from the wallet address you entered, to the payment address shown on your invoice page. Only an address shown on your own invoice page at silytics.si is valid.
- Silytics verifies the transaction on the blockchain: the official SLTX contract, the payment address, the sender, the amount, the required number of confirmations, and that the transaction has not been used before. We then mark the invoice paid and email a receipt.
Silytics does not sell SLTX, does not accept card payments for SLTX, and never asks for your seed phrase or private keys.
1A. Card payments
Where card payment is offered, you may instead pay the invoice amount in US dollars by payment card. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on a page hosted by Stripe; Silytics does not receive or store your full card number. The invoice is marked paid when Stripe confirms the payment to us, and Stripe may also send its own receipt. Card payment is for Silytics services only; Silytics does not sell SLTX for cards. Card payments are subject to Stripe's terms and fraud checks, and Silytics may decline or cancel a card payment.
2. Availability
SLTX payment is offered at Silytics' discretion and may be suspended, limited per payment, or withdrawn at any time, including where the market for SLTX is unreliable. Card payment may be offered, limited or withdrawn in the same way.
3. Reference rate
The reference rate is determined by Silytics using published market information and may differ from prices on any exchange. Silytics does not guarantee that it matches any market price. The rate and the SLTX amount are recorded on your invoice. If the lock period passes before payment, the quote expires and you must request new payment details.
4. Your responsibilities
- Send the exact amount (or more), in SLTX, on BNB Smart Chain, from the wallet address you entered, to the address on your invoice page. Network fees are paid by you.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Silytics is not responsible for payments sent to a wrong address, on a wrong network, in a wrong token, or from a different wallet, and cannot reverse them.
- You are responsible for taxes on your own transactions in digital assets. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated; where VAT or sales tax applies it is shown on the invoice.
5. Incorrect payments

| Payment after the quote expired | The payment is reviewed. Silytics may accept it, or refund it on request, less network fees. |
| Wrong token, network, sender or address | Silytics cannot guarantee recovery. We will make reasonable efforts to return funds that reached our address by mistake, at your cost, but are not obliged to. |
6. Refunds
- Not yet delivered: a refund of the undelivered value is available on request within 30 days of payment.
- Delivered or partly delivered services: not refundable, except where Silytics failed to deliver as described, in which case the undelivered part is credited or refunded.
- Content removed for breach of our policies: no refund is due for the period it was live.
- Method: card payments are refunded to the original card through Stripe, in US dollars. SLTX payments are refunded in SLTX, in the amount received, to the sending address, less network fees, after approval; an SLTX refund is a new transfer, not a reversal. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Disputes, fraud and compliance
Write to [email protected] with your invoice number and transaction hash. Silytics may withhold credit or refunds where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering or a sanctions breach, and may be required to report such matters. Silytics may decline or cancel any invoice or payment.
8. Changes
Silytics may change these terms for future payments. The version and date above show the current version.
