I made this to recast the people in an existing clip. One pass swaps up to three people at once. The motion, the set and the clip's own audio stay. Every person in the showcase is AI-generated. Try it first: copy the files from example_inputs/ into ComfyUI/input/ and press Run. It comes pre-set to the Distracted Boyfriend demo (all three become retirees). How it works: load your clip, edit one frame of it into the new look (that's the scene reference), write one line per person ("the woman in the red dress becomes an old woman with long silver hair") and press Run.
