PotatCat/Leg slider

Leg slider, negative value makes legs shorter and positive value makes legs longer . Strength of 2-3 can still give decent results depending on model/loras used. Can give some cursed legs sometimes with higher strength. (～￣▽￣)～ Likes to give capes for some unknown reason. Changes composition.
