Scibu is a LoRA for simpler scifi buildings. Trigger word if needed: scibu SDXL tend to give massive megastructures or buildings with a lot of details when requested to make Scifi buildings. I like cleaner, simpler design when it comes to scifi buildings and this is exactly what this LoRA provides. Some pictures in the examples don't have generation details because I don't use A1111/WebUI anymore except to generate pictures for CivitAI...
