For those new to ControlNet and wondering how to use these files, the best tutorial I've found is this one (reddit). Action poses for controlnet. In the .zip files: .png to use in openpose and depth models. Added .json for openpose too so you can make modifications to the pose file. A more accurate description of what's in the .zip file is in each version description. I am open to suggestions for what other categories to add here.
