yuiseki/estat-boundary-2020
estat-boundary-2020 Every 町丁・字 in Japan as a polygon, with its population and its households, from the 2020 Population Census. 232,019 of them. CC BY 4.0. That is half the reason this exists. Japan's openly licensed geographic data divides badly: OpenStreetMap has polygons and is ODbL, whose share-alike reaches anything built from it, and the Address Base Registry is CC BY but publishes a representative point and no boundary. This is polygons under attribution alone.… See the full description on the dataset page: https://huggingface.co/datasets/yuiseki/estat-boundary-2020.
