データセット概要 (Dataset Overview) Figure 1. Overview of JMED-Personas-100k. JMED-Personas-100k は、公的統計を中心とする日本の統計資料および公開データに基づき，属性の忠実度と多様性の両立を目的として10万件の合成患者ペルソナデータセットです．実在患者に由来するデータではないため，個人情報保護上の制約を少ない状態で実装検証に使いやすいデータを提供します． 1患者1レコードとし，人口統計属性，医学的情報，検査・治療情報，生活・社会背景，行動・心理特性からなる構造化項目61項目と，それらを文章として統合するペルソナ記述項目10項目の計71項目で構成されています． 本データセットは，医療AI/ヘルスケアLLMの研究・評価，プロンプト検証，情報抽出や要約，RAGやLLMアプリケーションのデモなど様々な用途を想定しています．分布は統計データを参考に制御していますが、本データセットは疫学的有病率や実医療機関の患者構成を正確に再現するものではありません．… See the full description on the dataset page: https://huggingface.co/datasets/sociocom/JMED-Personas.
