🏛️ LY-IVOD-ASR-zhtw 是以立法院「議事轉播網際網路多媒體隨選視訊(IVOD)」委員發言片段為來源,建立的繁體中文(臺灣華語)國會語音辨識資料集。每一列是一段 16 kHz 音訊與對應的轉寫文字、時間軸與說話人標記,適合用於訓練與評測臺灣口音、法政語境的語音辨識模型。 Dataset Details Dataset Description 🏛️ LY-IVOD-ASR-zhtw 從立法院開放資料平台的「委員發言片段相關影片資訊」(資料集 421)取得每一支委員發言片段,以 Breeze-ASR-25(faster-whisper 版本)轉寫並產生逐字時間軸,再以 pyannote speaker-diarization-community-1 進行說話人分段,最後依說話人切成 28 秒以內的訓練片段。 立法院質詢是典型的多人對話:委員提問、行政官員答詢,夾雜法律與預算術語、臺灣華語口音與偶發的臺語、客語詞彙。這類語料在公開資料中相當稀少,本資料集希望補上這一塊。 Curated by: Liang… See the full description on the dataset page: https://huggingface.co/datasets/lianghsun/ly-ivod-asr-zhtw.
