RefSeq 100B cross-species transfer dataset The train split contains exactly 100B bases in 12.8K windows and excludes all assemblies listed in dataset_manifest.json for human and mouse. The validation split is the 50,000-window human validation split from the GENCODE-human 12.8K dataset. There is no test split.
