SciTabData This dataset contains tables (as .png and .tex files) extracted from scientific articles.The metadata file contains the caption and referencing text passages for all tables.To access the raw .png and .tex files, the tar files must be extracted. Purpose This dataset is part of the VQA Benchmark developed for my master's thesis. It is designed to evaluate Multimodal LLMs on VQA tasks focused on scientific content.
