MERFISH Mouse Brain Dataset This dataset provides spatial transcriptomic profiles of the adult mouse brain using MERFISH (Multiplexed Error-Robust Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization), enabling high-resolution cellular gene expression analysis in situ.
