E. coli large ribosomal subunit assembly intermediates. We used the dataset provided by the CryoDRGN Zenodo repository (https://zenodo.org/records/4355284), with 105,519 training particles and 26,380 validation particles. The original images were 320 x 320 pixels and were downsampled to 128 x 128 using Fourier cropping for all experiments. The poses and ctf of the validation dataset are also uploaded that can be used to generate 3D volumes.
