Synthetic 19th-century newspaper pages with ALTO and glyph labels This package contains 1,000 newly typeset newspaper pages. The text comes from dated OCR pages in these source datasets: Completed and validated on 2026-10-18: 1,000 pages, 367,440 lines, 2,613,907 words, 12,566,979 glyphs, and 130 advertisement illustrations. The image and annotation package is about 4.6 GB.
