KL3M Data: SEC EDGAR Form 10-K Filings Version 1.1: Windows-1252 punctuation repair The previous version is kept on the v1 branch. Some filings were stored in Windows-1252 but decoded as Latin-1. As a result, curly quotes, apostrophes and dashes appear as invisible C1 control characters (U+0080–U+009F), for example registrant\u0092s for registrant’s.
