Job Match Grading Dataset 5.98M LLM-graded (job seeker, job posting) pairs: 245,272 synthetic US job-seeker profiles, each matched against ~25 real job postings retrieved from a production-scale vector index of ~12.7M US jobs, and graded 0–100 for fit by an LLM judge with six interpretable sub-scores.
