This dataset contains the evaluation data for the mitochondrial instance segmentation task and the vEM volume data used in the EMCFsys paper. This dataset consists of 1093 slice images, each with a resolution of 2570 × 2495 pixels. The corresponding 3D volume dimension is x × y × z = 2570 × 2495 × 1093, with a physical voxel size of 20 nm × 20 nm × 10 nm. These slices are extracted from a single 3D volume, whose filenames span from q1_x01_y01_s0008 to q1_x01_y01_s1099.
